Earlier this year, the official PlayStation Blog revealed a trailer for an upcoming indie game featuring a stunning pixel art environment of Until Then, a game from PolyChroma Games based in The Philippines.
Until Then is a narrative adventure game following Mark Borja, a high school student on top of a world where everything is in constant chaos. Mark and his closest friends deal with everything that comes with being a high schooler such as deadlines, extra-curricular activities, and the unavoidable high school drama. One day, a chance meeting turns Mark’s life upside down as those close to him disappear and the memories associated with them. The player then attempts to resolve the fading memories before they disappear forever.
The environment of Until Then is presented entirely in pixel art, which captures every detail of Mark’s life living in The Philippines in stunning detail.
Until Then has an announced release date of May 23, 2024, and will be launched for the PlayStation 5 and Steam. Check out the announcement trailer from the official PlayStation channel on YouTube below.
