During Tokyo Game Show 2024, Square Enix revealed details of the first major patch following the release of Dawntrail, the fifth expansion of the critically acclaimed MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV. Titled “Crossroads”, the version 7.1 patch will introduce the long awaited alliance raid that will crossover a classic Final Fantasy MMORPG, as well as continue the story following the events of the base Dawntrail expansion.

After two years of lockdowns and shutdowns due to the Coronavirus pandemic, MomoCon is returning for a full weekend of activities and guests at the Georgia World Congress Center on the weekend of Memorial Day 2022. Since it’s been a while since a large-scale event like this has been held for anime fans and otaku in the Southeast US since Anime Weekend Atlanta last September, what do people out of “convention practice” look forward to for MomoCon 2022?

I have been personally playing Final Fantasy XIV since 2015, although there have been a few occasions where I went a year or two without a sub until 2020 where I finally caught up with all of Shadowbringers. These years later and there are a few other things I’m still learning, even with two Level 80 jobs.
