Weekly Stream Notes: Issue #3

Here is the third edition of the Weekly Stream Notes, where the news briefs are highlighted during the stream. This is a way to catch up on the latest in the world of Anime and Gaming, as well as what’s happening on the Centaku Media community.

As of writing, you can catch Centaku Media live on Twitch Sundays at 12 PM, and Tuesdays & Thursdays at 2 PM. All times are US Eastern. You can also watch the streams on the Livestreams page, which has the latest schedule updates!

Music Spotlight: Kim Sarang – 무죄 (Innocence)

This week’s Music Spotlight highlights a song from Korean solo artist Kim Sarang. I discovered one of his songs over a decade ago, thanks to being a regular player of World of Warcraft. However, this song has no direct connection to WoW itself, but it was used in a fan made video of a fellow player of the Horde, an Undead Warlock rocking it out and killing everything in sight.

Me Against the Toxic Gaming World – #PoorSportsmanship

I was originally going to make a video based on this post last year, but I think it’s best to put it in writing, especially since I’m attempting to overcome my writer’s block. If you recall my last post in the new series, #PoorSportsmanship, I encountered a player on Overwatch who wanted to have his way in a match where it would not have mattered anyway. This inspired me to go back to my roots and recalled the “negative vibes”–toxic gaming behavior from other players when it comes to online games; coming from a creator Point-of-View, as well as in real life.
