In case you missed it, Crunchyroll held their annual Anime Awards this past weekend, and the list of winners are here! Some of them were predictable, and some surprises, as usual for an award show. There were many awards up for grabs from what 2019 bought us in terms of a memorable anime series, but only one would go home with the prize.
Here is the third edition of the Weekly Stream Notes, where the news briefs are highlighted during the stream. This is a way to catch up on the latest in the world of Anime and Gaming, as well as what’s happening on the Centaku Media community.
As of writing, you can catch Centaku Media live on Twitch Sundays at 12 PM, and Tuesdays & Thursdays at 2 PM. All times are US Eastern. You can also watch the streams on the Livestreams page, which has the latest schedule updates!
In South Korea, the nation’s up and coming idols are also big fans of Japanese anime. Case in point: Kang Hye Won of rookie girl group, IZ*ONE, who happens to be a big fan of Attack on Titan after declaring so on South Korean TV.
