This is the re-inaugural episode of the Centaku Media podcast, which is a reboot of “The CEN.TAKU.ME Podcast” that was started a little over a decade ago, with only a few episodes released. This post was originally published in June 2013. In honor of 2020 being the 25th anniversary of Gundam Wing, here is the republication of my review of the novel sequel to Gundam Wing, Frozen Teardrop.
Important: since it’s been so long since I read what was translated in the novels, I made a slight error that was pointed out by a commenter on the previous blog. I still have the comment somewhere in the massive MySQL file that I managed to save, but it’s buried in my to-do list of other things I got caught up in. Do you hate it when you finally catch up on your favorite series–to find that there is more to it from what you read? For me, it bothers me to no end… until you stand up and ask “just who the hell is this guy/girl?” After catching up to an on-going manga series to the latest chapter, I was stumped–until now.

As I slowly get back into the swing of things, broadening my anime horizons, there is one anime series that I really need to watch more of once I catch up on a few other shows. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is one series that people would be shocked to find that I haven’t immersed myself in by now. One scene has given me more reason to include it on my immediate watch list.

Revisiting the previous chapter of Dragon Ball Super, I was skeptical about it as received a notification on my phone that mentioned that Vegeta’s training was underway on Yardrat, and that I expected that he was only going to get about 5 pages, then we would never see him again until a few months later.
