I’ve been wanting to write something about Future Funk for a while, although I’ve managed to write about it here and there in a few posts on the blog. The following was published back in 2009 after this game in the Blue Dragon franchise was released in North America, and with many thanks to the marketing agency RocketXL for making this possible, I was able to get a hands-on review! Blue Dragon Plus for the Nintendo DS is the sequel to the Xbox 360 game created by the father of Final Fantasy, Hironobu Sakaguchi, music from the legendary Nobuo Uematsu, and character design by Akira Toriyama of Dragon Ball fame. It is the perfect alternative for fans of the Blue Dragon anime who have yet to play the first Blue Dragon game.

“A Taxi Driver” does a nice job of balancing truth and near-truth to deliver a gripping story of a government’s suppression of its own citizens and their inspiring fight against injustice.
Prior to my trip to South Korea, I brushed up on the Korean language in preparation to survive roughly a week in order to get around. It may not be necessary, but it doesn’t hurt to learn some survival phrases, or at least get an idea of how the language is structured for future reference.

For those who are fans of House music or something of the like, here is one that needs to be taken into consideration, especially if you ever owned a Sega Dreamcast. Back in 2008, I wrote about my discovery of an album from an artist(s) going by Deavid Soul, who was featured in the popular (and underrated) skating/graffiti tagging game, Jet Set Radio (originally known as Jet Grind Radio in North America).
Update 4/5/2020: Due to the current impact of the outbreak, I have not been able to keep up with the events that have been delayed. But it is safe to say that many events scheduled between April and June have been called off. However, I will check in to relay news of conventions and events happening beyond June based on the level of the virus activity. Stay safe, everyone!
